We are not the factory. We select the factory, agree the spec, inspect the order and consolidate it. That is the job.
Factory selection
We work with factories we have shipped from before, or ones a trusted partner has audited. We check capacity, certifications and previous export orders.
Pre-production sample
The sample is checked against the agreed spec before mass production. You see the same photos we do.
Inline and pre-shipment QC
We check construction, finish, function and packaging during production and again before the cartons close.
Carton and label check
Quantity per carton, carton marks, barcodes, hangtags and polybags are checked against the packing list.
Harare inspection
In-stock and landed lines are checked again in Harare. Faults are separated before they reach your shelf.
Claims
Defective or incorrect items are reported within 7 days of receipt with photos and the packing list. We replace or credit on the next order.
What we do not supply
No high-copy.
No surprises.
We do not supply high-copy goods, and we do not list third-party branded products without written authorisation. If a line needs a brand licence, we ask for it before quoting.
Medical products are quoted only after the local registration path is confirmed. We make no therapeutic claims on this site.
Certificates and test reports are available on request. What can be provided depends on the line; we confirm before you order, not after.
