1. Overview
Isoko supplies resellers, retailers and trade buyers in Southern Africa with products sourced from China and stocked at our Harare warehouse. By using this website or our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Product information and pricing
This website is a product showcase. It does not accept online orders or payments. Prices, MOQ and availability are confirmed directly by us, usually through WhatsApp or at our showroom, before any transaction is completed.
3. Orders and payments
Orders are placed and confirmed through direct contact. Prices are quoted on request and confirmed in writing. We accept USD cash, bank transfers and EcoCash. Payment terms are confirmed before goods are released for pickup or delivery.
4. Pickup and delivery
Orders can be collected from our Harare warehouse or delivered within the region for an additional fee. Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk of loss transfers on pickup or delivery.
5. Returns and refunds
Defective or incorrect items may be returned within 7 days of receipt for replacement or refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
6. Partnerships
Reseller and creator partnership terms are agreed individually in writing, including pricing, content requirements and any exclusivity.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or business interruption.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
